This locally owned café has opened a new location at the heart of the Ward neighborhood. The tropical modern design shines to inspire the community and the growing and trendy neighborhood of Ward, Honolulu and complimenting the island way of life of Hawai’i.
The Bizia is a locally owned café and shop located in the town of Wahiawa, tucked at the back of Wahiawā Industrial Center. The Bizia is not your typical café, it was designed and built with the intention of inspiring and promoting sustainability and social equity.
Their mission is to educate and empower the next generation of culturally grounded, community serving technology makers and problem solvers.
This project Is to revive and to re-envision the brand and identity of the existing Century Center tower, a mid-century modern style, 41 story commercial mixed-use high-rise building built in 1978. The renovation starts at the public areas of the building including the exterior pathways, lobby entry and the public amenities, approximately 7,300SF of space.
Situated in Santee, San Diego, the project vision is to redesign and redevelop the existing Carlton Oaks Country Club including an entirely new golf course, clubhouse, pro-shop, golf amenities, and hotel.
