KAUA'I RESIDENCE AT KUKUI'ULA

The Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT)  project based in Kōloa, Kaua'i is a 8,700 sf single-family residential home. Our client wanted the home to be designed with multiple pavilion-like structures under one roof. The first pavilion being the Garage, the second pavilion houses the bedrooms and bathrooms and the thirds Pavilion, the living and kitchen. The line between inside and outside is blurred with large openings and the introduction of interior planters along the walkways and interior corridors.
